Koby is now just over 3 months. He is getting to be such a big boy. He is starting to grab things and knaw on his hands. He loves to coo and talk to you. He is definately a happy baby! I'm not sure what he weighs but I would guess around 15 pounds. He is fat :) He has his 4 month check up at the end of the month. I cannot believe it's almost been 4 months already! Man, where does the time really go?! He is sleeping better too. Some nights he sleeps through, some nights he doesn't. But I'll take that! He is turning into the best cuddler, all I wanna do is just kiss him!

On Saturday, we made our 1st smores of the season! We let the kids go at it and it got quite messy, lol. As you can see on Rileigh, she has half of it across her forehead :) Rileigh decided she likes making them more than eating them, but Tyler sure loves to eat them! I think even Koby wore some of it, lol.

Rileigh and Tyler after they made their "hats" the other day when we were bored.

Playing with Brock and Trey @ Jenn's parents. It was one "dirty" day, lol. They were mud from head to toe by the time the day was over!

"bowling night" we went as couples cosmic bowling at lakeview lanes. It was quite interesting there on a friday night, but we had fun, lol

Rileigh on her "birthday". This is the cake Jenn brought over for her. She is so thoughtful to my kids and I! I am so lucky to have her ;)

2 MONTHS!

(A little late) Last Friday Koby had his 2 month appointment. I can not believe he is 2 months already! WOW does time fly. He is such a little ham and is getting so much older everyday. He talks and smiles like crazy and now he is starting to grasp things. He is a pretty good baby, not good at sleeping, but good in general, lol. I love his stage right now, I just wish I could freeze the time so he wouldn't get any older!

Last Friday he was:

Today we had our pictures taken by Amy Davis, let me just say that was an interesting experience. First I will start by saying the she was great! She was very patient and good with the kids. She is not a professional photographer, but she she is good at it and you can't beat her price! Now I will tell you a little about my experience........

First, I went by myself with 3 kids because Austin had to work. I was nervous about trying to do it all by myself to begin with. Of course, Tyler was the one to act like a MONSTER! He wanted NOTHING to do with getting his picture taken! so that ruined my chances of getting a good pic with the kids. So we were unable to get one with just the 3 kids as well. The very FEW shots we got of him we were lucky to even get. Nothing would work to get that kid to take a picture. Then we have sweet little man Koby who did nothing but puke all over the place. lol. Rileigh was the only one who cooperated which is why there is so many of her. Although, she kept doing this cheesy fake smile! But I got some really cute onesof her which made it all worth it. I want to go back in a couple months with Austin in hope for a GOOD family picture. I guess all I can do is laugh :)

I think Spring finally broke today! 60 degrees has never felt so better! Here is what we did today........

Here is Koby at 6 weeks (last week). He is getting so fat and round, lol. All he does is eat! He is 7 weeks tomorrow already. Next week he has his 2 month appt and shots already :( I cannot believe how much time has passed already.....where does it go?!

A little late, I know, but last sunday we had Koby's baby Blessing in Church. He was also blessed with Jimmy and Racheal's new princess, Brinley. Ironically, their son Tristan, and Rileigh were also blessed on the same day :) It is always a special day for these babies to be blessed by their daddy's. Austin gave Koby a very special blessing, it's always an emotional moment for fathers ♥

Seriously, what is Jason thinking?!!! I am so stunned with the Bachelor finale.....I thought he was such a nice guy and he totally sucked me in the show this season....then he turned out to be a heartbreaker! Poor Melissa! She was way too cute. I thought Molly was so annoying and I so thought he was better with Melissa. What a chump! Well I vote for Melissa to be the next Bachelorette :) That was disappointing for sure....but I guess it made for good TV, haha.

Last night as I was walking into my living room, I just happen to notice this beautiful artwork on the wall. I looked at it and immediately knew who did it! Usually in these cases I wouldn't be a happy camper......but looking at it I was actually very proud! I thought it was a very good drawing for a 3 year old! Of course it is washable, I do not allow anything BUT in my house :) Now Rileigh still will not admit that she did it, but I thought it was a little advanced for a 2 year old, lol. I almost do not want to wash it off because I am so proud of her drawing ♥

Ok, so I know that I totally suck at updating this blog.......but 3 kids are alot work you know! lol. But here it is.....and I promise to do better ;)
Koby is now 4 weeks today....where did the time go! He is getting older and starting to lose is newborn look :( His cry is starting to change and he is getting a personality. He is getting bigger too. He is almost 10 pounds. He is so cute and all I wanna do is kiss him. I am trying really hard to enjoy him every moment since I know how fast it goes. My baby making days are coming to an end, lol. He is so much more alert now and is almost getting to the point where he is going to crack a smile. He is trying so hard to hold his head up too. He is definatley a little love bug ♥

UPDATE: Koby is 1 week old! Time flies :( He is so cute right now and I don't want him to get any bigger. He is becoming very spoiled because we don't want to put him down. So far he is a very content baby.......but at night he has to sleep with me! Something I said I would never do after we did it with Rileigh. But I guess they are only little once right?! When they are 15 they won't want anything to do with us, lol. here's a few 1 week old pics...his looks are changing already :(

**I was induced the 27th, it took longer than i expected, but it was a busy day for my OBGYN on the maternity floor. I was actually going into labor on my own, but slowly, they didnt start the pitocin until 3:30. Purposely bc my doctor was busy so they were putting me off a bit. But my room was busy full of people so it was hard to really concentrate on having a baby. when visting hours ended at 8:30, everyone left except my coaches, they then broke my water at 6 cm. Then the pain began, haha. They cranked up the pitocin and Ialready had an epidural but it was not working no matter how much they continued to give me. An hour after they broke my water, I was 10 cm and ready to push. Let's just say.......my 3rd did not come easy, but instead the worst!! I pushed for 20 minutes but it was the hardest, most painful pushing I had ever experienced. He was born at 10:09 pm, it made for a long day at the hospital. I still cannot believe I got through it, lol. I wont post ANY pics of what i looked like after!! LOL. After a whole day of being pumped with an IV and pitocin, lets just say I was a little swelled up, lol. But I am glad I got through it and this little guy is in our arms. The kids just love him and were so happy when he came home. I must say, it felt really good to bend over and to be able to sleep in my bed comfortably again :) That was a big baby to carry around in my belly.....if you couldnt tell ;)

38 WEEKS!!

Tomorrow I will be 38 weeks! This baby is definatley sticking out there, haha. So I was without the internet since last thursday and finally got it back yesterday, so I was unable to update since my appt. last friday. So here is my update....Last friday I was 2 cm diliated and 50% effaced. so that's good news....that means at least my body is getting ready! I have an induction date set for Jan. 27th. I am hoping I go on my own before that, but if not it's only a week away :) My doctor doesn't typically like to induce until around 39 weeks. so thats what I will be. So I guess at the very least my baby will be here in 1 week! I have been frantically trying to keep my house in order and tie up any loose ends around here. And of course think of different ways I can send myself into labor, lol. But at least he will be here soon! That will probably be my next update ;)

36 WEEK APPOINTMENT

UPDATE: Today I had my 36 week appt., I am down to weekly appts. now. I went in today and they noticed that my swelling was up, especially in my face. My blood pressure is also up from normal, but still fine. I have gained 6 pounds since my last appt. 2 weeks ago, which is alot......because ofthe fluid I am retaining. I was also measuring a little big, so she decided to have me stick around for a sonogram. At my 38 week appt. she wantsme to see the doctor and have another sono to see if my cervix is induceable, and talk about induction....since she is only an RN she can't make that call. So, i went in and had my sono and here are the results....... the baby's head and belly are measuring at 39 weeks! he's is measuring at 8 lbs 1 oz. His head is down on my cervix, she said he is def. a big baby! As if I didn't know that already! lol. I wasn't able to talk to the RN after my sono since she was in a room. So unless she calls me, my next 2 appts will stay the same. But I def. know they won't allow me to go over! I am hoping that at my 38 week appt. they will decide to induce me if I haven't gone already. We will see ;) I knew he was a big boy! His hair even looks alot lighter which will be a first. Soooooo wish me luck! Hopefully I will go in 1-2 weeks! :) If I am lucky, lol.

A few pics just for fun! We went to a Temple Sealing Reception last night for our good friends, the Kerr family. (Whitney and Kyle). It was really special and put on very cute, simple and not over the top. They are such a cute couple together and definately a fun couple! Anyways, the arbor Austin and I are standing under, is the actual one we got married under. His father bought it to use at our wedding and then donated it to the church for different functions. It actually makes me sad because I would really like to have it since it's sentimental.......hopefully we can work something out and get it back :) So I had to get a picture under it 4 years later! Oh, how are family as grown since then:) I wanted a family pic, but our kids are crazy and wouldn't do it since dancing was sooooo much more fun, haha. You get to see quite the belly shot on me too, lol......gotta love "the prego face"

35 WEEKS!!

I am 35 weeks!! YAY! (actually in about 20 minutes)....It's almost midnight and I decided to post these now instead of bothering with it tomorrow. So that's why I haven't shown my face, lol. I am tired so this is the best I got :) I can't believe I am in the home stretch! It cannot come quick enough these days.....I am just sooooo big an uncomfortable and sooooo OVER being prego! My body is SCREAMING for help, lol! I cannot believe I am making myself go through this one more time :) Don't let me fool ya, I will be sad when this stage of my life is over! I watched Tyler's birth last night which was not a good idea because all the painful memories started coming back! lol. I am sooooo scared to deliver this time, I just hope it goes QUICK! I am now nesting......and I have NOTHING done for this baby! Usually I am on top of that stuff....so these next couple weeks I am going to be frantically preparing for him. Please do me a favor and say a prayer for me! A prayer that this baby doesn't grow much more, lol. Who knows, maybe he won't be as big as I am expecting ;) I think the black shirt actually looks small......bc I look much bigger in person!

CHRISTMAS 2008

Chistmas was soooooo fun this year! The kids were so excited and knew all about "Santa", Rileigh more then Tyler I think. I actually woke everyone up at 8:00, Austin wasn't thrilled. But hey, 8 is sleeping in on Christmas to me......I get just as excited as the kids ;) The kids came down the stairs and started freaking out immediatley that santa came! Then they ran over to the cookies and milk to see if santa had ate them! We definatley NEED a bigger house! We have soooo outgrown it, lol. The kids are so fun right now, this is the best stage of their lives.....I already can't wait until next year! It will be better for me because I won't be so big! :) It was hard for me to wrap and get around, but I made it! Now I just gotta get all the Christmas stuff taken down.

It has always been a tradition in Austin's family that on Christmas Eve they get to open 1 present. Well it just so happens that every year it's a pair of pj's. So now that he is older and we have our own family, we have carried on that special tradition. Although I actually never thought to get a picture of the pj's Austin and I got eachother.....I definatley would NOT have posted the ones her got me, he was a hoping and a wishing ;) lol. I made sugar cookie cut outs with the kids this year.....gotta love the flour mess that always covers the kitchen! I don't think I was cut out for it this year.....I was just too big to do anything! But the kids had fun playing with the dough and Rileigh actually made some cut outs! I am not really crazy about those cookies, they don't really tempt me....but they are festive and fun to make!

A day later a couple of my good friends and I (Kristin and Jenn) got together so our kids could exchange their little gifts and we made Gingerbread houses! I think us adults got into it more than the kids at first, lol.....but when we got sick of it we decided to let the kids go at it not caring what it looked liked :)

♥3D SONO♥

This morning I had my 3D sono! I got really lucky and was able to get some good shots of him. He wasn't moving a whole lot but his face was in the perfect position for a picture. Some of my uterus and the cord were in the way, which is what some of the dark spots are. I got 11 pics total, some of them pretty much look the same, as well as a cd of some of the images. So far he looks healthy and we are right on track. I am also 30 weeks today, YAY! It was really neat to see since i couldn't do it with Rileigh and Tyler was too scrunched to get a shot. I cannot wait to hold this little man in my arms♥

28 WEEKS!!!

I am offically on the downslide! YAY! I am 28 weeks this week which marks the beginning of my 3rd trimester. I can finally count down the weeks :). BUT I am in NO rush, lol. I don't think I am ready to deliver yet, haha. As you can CLEARLY see, this is no small baby! But the 3rd trimester UGH is setting in. I'm feeling huge, and waddling, the heartburn is setting in, and definately tired again. My husband and I have "grown" apart too, lol. But everything is healthy so far and I now see the doctor every 2 weeks. I can't believe I'm at that point already. In a couple of weeks (30 week appt) I am having a 3D sono just for fun! so hopefully he cooperates for that ;) Keep your eyes peeled, I may put it up!

HALLOWEEN/ PUMPKIN CARVING

We carved pumpkins the day before Halloween with my Dad. The kids enjoyed it but I think the adults enjoyed it more ;) lol. Tyler was totally not about touching any of the goo inside, he just wanted to "watch". Rileigh was a little more into it, but then didn't want to touch the goo either after Tyler freaked, lol. We had fun....just "basic faces". We loved Daddy's creativity ;) haha.

HALLOWEEN! This year we went trick-or-treating with Mimi (Austin's mom) and Landyn. The kids were "monsters" (they totally picked them out)..although everyone kept calling them dinosaurs, lol. They were pretty lame this year actually. Last year Rileigh was so into it I couldn't keep up with her! But this year they just weren't into it as much. They had fun for a little bit but it was short lived, which was fine by us ;) Once they got some candy, they just wanted to sit in their wagon and eat it, haha.

FINALLY!! We did our landscaping! Those that know us, know that that the "outside " of our home has been a slow but working progress, lol. We've been doing the inside for so long and not worrying about the horrifying outside :) last year we had our addition put on, then last winter we had our siding and windows done. now we were only missing the last piece to make it look "perfect" (ok, we still have to replace our garage door, but that's it!). It came out great thanks to my husband's great skills (and of course the help of a few of his workers). So if any of you need any tree removal/ landscaping.....call Austin, haha :)

Minner's Wedding

On October 11th, we traveled to Rhineback, NY (near NYC) for Minner and Noel's wedding. We had a great time! The wedding and the place it was held at was gorgeous! SESAME PLACE!!

Last weekend we packed up and drove the kids to PA to take them to Sesame place, a sesame street themed amusement park. We dealt with alot of rain, but we made the best of it and had so much fun. There was alot that we didn't get to do like all the water rides, bc it started storming. So the day was short lived but the kids still had so much fun and can't wait to go back next year! Rileigh was in awe of all the characters and wanted to make sure she gave them all a hug. They both had alot of fun on all the rides :) This was a very cute plce for their age, even I was excited ;) We had a 5 hour drive to PA, and I must say that the kids did very well. They didn't cry once! But we watched alot of movies, lol! Anyways, it was a really fun trip and I definately recommend it if you have small children!

So I walked away from my makeup yesterday and completely for got that I left my case open. Well, I was wondering why Tyler was so quiet for about 20 minutes until Rileigh comes to tell me that Tyler got into my lipstick! I went to go investigate and found tyler into my mascara and all my lipglosses where he decided to paint his face! lol. The pics don't even do it any justice. I must say, I have been worried about Tyler being a little too in touch with his feminine side! although he does like his trucks and trains, he definatley likes Rileigh's barbies and dolls as much as she does. As well as wearing her shoes and watching all her barbie and princess movies. I think having another boy is just what we need right now! lol. Hopefully Tyler will find his idenity! LOL.....Rileigh will be in trouble!

20 WEEKS AND COUNTING!

So on Wed. I turned 20 weeks, I am finally half way! So far I think it has gone by pretty fast. The rest will too with all the holidays coming up. I am trying to be better this time about not wishing it over so quick and embracing being pregant since I know that this stage of my life is soon coming to an end. I really do enjoy being prego as hard as it is some days. I think the worst part of it is not being able to feel physically close to my husband bc we have something "between us" now, lol. Those months seem really long :) I am soooo scared to give birth to this child! I am even more scared that I won't get to the hospital in time for and epidural. I will DIE if I have to push this big baby out without one!! Maybe I will get lucky and this baby will only be 8 lbs :) Doesn't look like its happening that ways so far....Drake boys only get bigger! I feel like i am getting so big already. Maybe I just forgot what being pregnant was like. Are there any dieting tips out there so my baby wont get soo big?! lol seriously! I need to go on a prego diet! What do you think, do i look big or is it in my head? I'm only complaining about my belly. I don't even think the pics picked it up well :)

September 14th my cousin Micheal and his girlfriend Bridget were married after 6 years of dating (highschool sweethearts). Micheal has lived in Wyoming while in the airforce the past 1 1/2 years, Bridget stayed back here to finish college. But the distance never kept their love apart! It was a really sweet wedding. They had the ceremony at the keuka college chapel where she went to college and the reception was at the Esperanza Mansion on Keuka lake in Penn Yann. Rileigh was one of the flower girls! She looked so cute and did soo well! Here are some pics, although they are out of order bc of the way they uploaded.

Now they have left to go back to Wyoming together so he can finish in the Airforce.

HAPPY ANNIVERSARY!!!

So September 11th was our 4 year anniversary! (my computer was being fixed from a virus so I'm a little late on the posts ). That 4 years seems like it has flown. We have been through alot in the actual 5 1/2 years we have been together. Only 3 months after we were dating, is when Austin decided to get flown from a tree 80 feet in the air and break his back! obstacle one! lol. He was so lucky he didn't end up paralized which was so close to happening. By that time, Austin and I were already inseperable. That was really scary for me and I stayed by his side the whole time. His Mom and I even bonded together during that time helping eachother wash his private parts in the hospital shower :) lol. I must say, he looked pretty cute in that "turtle shell" he had to wear for 4 months. That following February we went to Hawaii with his family were he proposed to me in the most romantic was on waikiki beach (even though I was embarrased as can be). Then we were married in September of 2004. We immediatley found out we were pregnant with Rileigh (which was planned). After my 1st sonogram I was put on complete bedrest with the risk of pre-term labor due to a shortened cervix. Then just after Christmas we found out my mother was dying of stage 4 lung cancer that had spread throughout her entire body. During this time I spent night and day (while I was "suppose" to be on bedrest) at the hospital with my mother while she had all sorts of tests and what not. after a couple weeks of that, they sent her home and she went back for radiation treatments 2x a week. I had the choice of putting her in a nursing home or moving her in with me. I chose to take care of her myself. I brought my mother to about 2 weeks worth of treatments and a couple of ambulance rides to the hospital before she decided to stop the treatments bc they were making her too ill. So I moved my mother and my sister into my little house in february, and removed one couch to put a hospital bed in my living room for my mother while my sister slept on the other couch. With the help of hospice, my sister and I stayed with my mother 24/7 to care for her. We gave birth to Rileigh in April. Then June 4th 2005 my mother passed away during the night after much progession of the cancer over the past few months. That was a bittersweet day for us. Bitter bc we lost our mother who was just shy of her 36th birthday, but sweet bc we didnt have to watch her suffer anymore, as well as it being hard on us to be confined to our little home filled with people to take care of her. When Rileigh was 5 months old I became prego with Tyler also planned :). After Tyler's birth, we also suffered 2 more deaths in our families.....and now we are prego with number 3! We have overcome so many obstacles in the short years we ahve been together. We really never had "our" time together. But we wouldnt change anything, we know that "our" time will eventually come. It has made our marriage so strong, and having the Gospel in our lives has helped us through everything. We came into eachother's lives at the perfect time for eachother, which I think was all apart of Heavenly Father's plan for us. I couldn't imagine my life without him! We have bettered eachother by being together ♥

BOY!!!!!!!!!!

I had a feeling it was a boy! Everything is healthy and normal. my due date is feb. 3rd. i'm really scared to give birth to this one since Tyler was 8lbs 10oz! lol. But we are happy, and Tyler will have a little buddy close to him. I think Rileigh has excepted the fact that it's not a girl :) but we have one more try! I'm soooooo excited to finally SHOP!!! I would post a sono pic but unfortunatley my computer is down for a bit, so i am using my bestet Jenn's computer. Anyways, thanks for all your comments and i will keep you updated.

OK, so I totally suck at updating my blog lately......just laziness! :) Anyways, Austin's 28th birthday was August 25th. The Sunday before we went down to his parent's home to have a birthday dinner with them. I guess the older you get and the more kids you have, the more lame your birthday's get, lol. But they are better when you have your kids to celebrate them with ;)

EXTREME MAKEOVER HOME EDITION!

So as most of you know, Extreme Makeover Home Edition came to Geneva on August 18th, to surprise the "Hill Family" with a new home. (The show is going to aire somtime in November). Austin had the honor of being called by the builders that friday to come help out with some stump grinding. It was a neat experience as well as CHAOTIC, but fun for him to be involved in helping out the family and really seeing what goes on behind the scenes of the show. An opportunity like that doesn't come often. We thought it was cool! Here are some pics of the home.

OK, so the last 2 weeks, Mike & Rainy and Nate & Paige came home to visit.....where we spent most of the time at Austin's parents lake home. Mike and Rainy were only able to be home for about 5 days, which one day was spent at the Palmyra Temple where they were sealed together as husband and wife "For Time and all Eternity". It was a very special, long awaited day. We are so proud of them! Then they were off to drive kayleigh all the way across country with them to go to College in Utah! We will miss Kayleigh dearly, but are so proud of her accomplishments and the great experiences in store for her. Nate, Paige, and Kaiden were here for 2 weeks! We had so much fun with them and wish they didn't have to leave us. Kaiden is the cutest ever and we love our little nephew dearly.... we were sad to let him go! I am really sad myself right now because I was so lazy and didn't take hardly any pictures while everyone was here. I've been slacking lately behind the camera :) But here are some that I did take.......

On August 2, my good friend FINALLY had her baby......she named her Sage (not sure if that is how she spells it). She got to the hospital 20 minutes before delivering her! She made her grand entrace at 10:46am weighing 8 lbs 13 oz and 20" long! We all told her she was having a big baby ;) She is absolutely beautiful and everyone is healthy! I can't wait to go visit her at home.

Ok, so I FINALLY got my blog up and going thanks to Paige! So i am going to start here since these are the 2 most recent events in my children's lives.

Rileigh at her 1st spring recital in June.......She was my "Ballerina Princess"

We FINALLY after bugging Daddy for 3 months, got our swingset built! The kids are loving it!

Tyler Turned 2 on July 19th! He was being really shy in front of everyone while blowing out his candles, so Mommy had to help :)

He is loving his cupcake and hating that cinderella bib Mommy put on him, lol. I guess I wasn't thinking about pictures!
